⑴ 對于表面聲波觸摸屏主要進行清潔工作，方法如下：
①由于表面聲波觸摸屏是通過對觸摸點的超聲波信號的傳遞、衰減進行定位工作的，而較嚴重的油污、水漬等能夠吸收超聲波，造成觸摸屏定位不準確甚至不工作，所以只需對觸摸屏進行日常的清潔工作即可。
②用柔軟的毛巾和水性的玻璃清潔濟，清潔觸摸屏表面，尤其注意清潔觸摸屏四邊的聲波反射條紋，注意不要將觸摸屏上面固定的換能器及其連線碰壞；
③清潔后將計算機主機重新啟動即可。
⑵ 對于電阻式觸摸屏主要看顯示器的前框是否壓迫到觸摸屏的有效工作區域上，如壓迫到觸摸屏的有效工作區域上請將顯示器的前框固定螺釘擰松即可。
2．校正位置
在控制面板內運行觸摸屏控件圖標，進行校準位置工作。在校準位置時，一定要垂直觸摸靶標
3．設置不正確（控制卡類型或所連接的串口號不對）
遇到此問題，需重新設置。首先將原有的驅動程序卸載掉，再重新安裝驅動程序進行正確的設置。否則由于系統注冊表內沒有完全刪除而有可能造成操作系統的混亂。

造成此類問題的原因很多，首先觀察觸摸屏信號指示燈，該燈在正常情況下為有規律的閃爍，大約為每秒鐘閃爍一次，當觸摸屏幕時，信號燈為常亮，停止觸摸后，信號燈恢復閃爍。具體偵測方法如下：
①如果信號燈在沒有觸摸時，仍然處于常亮狀態，首先檢查觸摸屏是否需要清潔；其次檢查硬件所連接的串口號與軟件所設置的串口號是否相符，以及計算機主機的串口是否正常工作。
②運行驅動盤中的COMDUMP命令，該命令為純DOS下命令，運行時在COMDUMP后面加上空格及串口的代號1或2，并觸摸屏幕，看是否有數據滾出。有數據滾出則硬件連接正常，請檢查軟件的設置是否正確，是否與其他硬件設備發生沖突。如沒有數據滾出則硬件出現故障。
③運行驅動盤中的SAWDUMP命令，該命令為純DOS下命令，運行程序時，該程序將尋問控制卡的類型、連接的端口號、傳輸速率，然后程序將從控制卡中讀取相關數據。請注意查看屏幕左下角的X軸的AGC和Y軸的AGC數值，任一軸的數值為255時，則該軸的換能器出現故障，需進行維修。
5．顯示器不工作
請檢查顯示器的電源插頭是否松動，顯示器信號線是否松動，計算機主機的顯示卡是否正常。如以上均正常，請注意顯示器在剛打開電源開關時，顯示器是否有加電時的高壓聲音，然后與您的供貨商聯系維修事宜。
6．音響系統異常（觸摸查詢一體機）
請檢查功率放大器上面的各連接端口是否接觸不良，計算機主機的聲卡是否正常工作，如以上均正常，請與您的供貨商聯系維修事宜。
7．電源系統異常（觸摸查詢一體機）
請檢查電源開關上的指示燈是否亮，檢查一體機與外部電源連接的插頭中的保險管是否正常導通，前面板上保險座中的保險管是否正常導通。電源線是否導通，是否與插座接觸不良。箱體內電源插座的開關是否打開。如以上均正常，請與您的供貨商聯系維修事宜。

Run the touch screen control icon in control panel, and do calibration position work. You must vertically touch the target while position calibration.
