帶料切口連續拉深級進模具設計

摘 要：帶料連續拉深分無工藝切口拉深和有工藝切口拉深，有工藝切口連續拉深就是在首次拉深前，帶料上個工序之間切開一個工藝切口，這樣當首次和以后各次拉深時，兩次工序間的相互影響、相互約束較小，但相對的，耗費的材料較多。
以薄壁寬凸緣筒形件生產為例，設計一例連續模，首先對零件進行工藝分析，有拉深，沖孔，翻邊，落料工序，每個工位之間都有尺寸關系，因為是大產量的小型筒形拉深件，一般采用帶料連續拉深。采用普通的單工序模或復合模沖制生產的話，需多副模具、多臺沖床、多個操作人員才能完成全部工序的沖壓制造而且產品質量和生產效率都低。故選多工位級進模具的生產工藝方案，可以提高材料的利用率和模具的使用水平，節省設備。其次經過計算分析確定工藝方案完成該模具的排樣設計，凸、凹模工作部分的設計計算，還有模具結構和工藝零件設計。
