?液壓傳動系統中的工作油液不僅用來傳遞能量,同時要對各種元件中零件的活動部位起潤滑作用,以防止產生干摩擦,造成零件的嚴重磨損,影響元件的使用壽命。尤其是當液壓系統在高壓、高速、高溫條件下工作時,更要求油液能有良好的潤滑性能。也就是要能夠具有高的油膜強度,即耐磨性要高。

????(三)良好的防腐蝕性

????工作油液的腐蝕性,包括對密封元件的腐蝕性及對金屬零件的腐蝕性。

????液壓閥及其他所有液壓元件和系統所用的密封件,都是為了防止油液不應有的外泄漏。密封材料的選擇,根據所用工作油液的不同而應有所不同。如采用丁晴橡膠材料的密封件,用礦物油型油液就能很好適應,而用磷酸酯抗燃液壓油時,就會使密封件受到腐蝕。腐蝕現象有二種情況;一是使密封材料產生溶脹,軟化,二是使密封材料硬化。其結果都使密封件失去密封性能,造成大量外泄漏,使液壓系統效率降低,甚至發生故障不能工作。
