1、傳統單閥芯換向閥的缺陷?
?傳統的單閥芯換向閥所組成的液壓系統難以合理解決好以下功能和控制之間存在的矛盾:?
?(1)液壓系統設計時為提高系統穩定性,減少負載變化對速度的影響,要么犧牲部分我們想實現的功能,要么增加額外的液壓元件,如調速閥、壓力控制閥等,通過增加阻尼,提高系統速度剛度來提高系統的穩定性。但是這樣元件的增加又會降低效率,浪費能源;還會使得整個系統的可靠性降低、增加成本。?
