320（PU）聚氨酯澆注透明彈性體兩用機性能特點： 1、配有兩種不同攪拌器進行不同轉速的混合裝置，用以生產聚氨酯制品或聚氨酯透明體制品。 2、設定不同工位的澆注量后用不同轉速攪拌混合澆注，可連續生產。 3、制作透明體必須啟動真空機，對料罐內原液進行除濕、脫泡處理，使作出制品透明度好。 4、澆注頭配有冷卻裝置，如配上制冷機，使設備保持一定恒濕，能延長澆注次數，同時能延長澆注頭使用壽命。 原料輸送管道采用導熱層循環保溫，料罐采用導熱油夾層循環保溫及硬泡夾層雙層保溫，使電耗省節能。 Performance characteristics: 1. This measure can extend equipment's pouring number and the pouring head's service life. The raw material conveying pipes adopt thermal layer to get a cyclic heat preservation. The material tanks adopt conduction oil and hard bubble interlayer to keep the temperature and it can save electricity.
