1、檢測導管最大外徑：試樣長度依據標準要求，選擇《GBT17194-2導管最大外徑的環規》無需過分用力便能使環規通過整段導管試樣時，該導管試樣為合格。正常情況下，有保護性涂鍍層的導管應在涂鍍前進行此項試驗。

2、檢測金屬剛性導管最小外徑：試樣長度依據標準要求，選擇《GBT17194-3a剛性金屬導管最小外徑量規》不過分用力，量規就不可能通過整段導管時，該導管試樣為合格。

3、檢測非金屬剛性導管最小外徑：試樣長度依據標準要求，選擇《GBT17194-3b非剛性金屬導管最小外徑量規》在自重作用下，環規不能通過整段導管時，該導管試樣為合格。

4、檢測導管與配件的外螺紋：試樣長度依據標準要求，選擇《GBT17194-4外螺紋通(T)/ mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">止(Z) "Times New Roman"">環規》，無需過分用力便可把螺紋環規(T) "Times New Roman"">旋入導管的螺紋中；而不過分用力，就無法使螺紋環規(Z) "Times New Roman"">通過螺紋，則該導管試樣的外螺紋為合格。

5、檢測導管與配件的內螺紋：試樣長度依據標準要求，選擇《GBT17194-5內螺紋通(T)/ mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">止(Z) "Times New Roman"">塞規》，無需過分用力便可把螺紋塞規(T) "Times New Roman"">旋入導管的螺紋中去；而不過分用力就無法使螺紋塞規(Z) "Times New Roman"">通過螺紋，該配件試樣的內螺紋為合格。
