1、YZS-3 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">型重型液壓動力觸探儀是我廠在ZDT- "Times New Roman"">Ⅱ型重型電動動力觸探儀的基礎上改進的新型產品,它除了有電動產品能解決人工操作中慢、累、用人多的缺點外,又解決了由于野外作業缺少電源和接電不方便的問題,在機械方面我們保證穿心錘的質量(65.3kg mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">)和落距(760mm "Times New Roman"">)的準確性。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">二、全自動液壓重型動力觸探儀開箱試機及使用:
1、先將儀器放置地面較平處將其放穩調平。
?2 "Times New Roman"">、發動汽油機,先讓汽油機空轉1-2 "Times New Roman"">分鐘,這時向上搬動手動閥門將擊錘架子升起來,升到可以將探桿接上即可,不易升的太高。(上探桿前一定要先上好安全擋桿)
3、升起后將有探頭的探桿裝在擊錘架下的套孔內,上第一根探桿時主架子底下要裝上將探桿找正居中的角鐵,對好后,先將安全擋桿取下,向下搬動手動閥門將擊錘架慢慢落下接好后。還要讓提擊錘架子的升降油缸繼續下降到底才可工作,再將讓探桿找正居中的角鐵去掉。
4、由于本機是以汽油機為主動力,以液壓機為傳動動力,所以本機沒有計數和自動停機功能,擊到所需錘擊數后,要人工停機
5、打下第一根探桿后,再按上面的步驟將擊錘架子升起來,上好第二根探桿,重復上面步驟工作即可。

1、貫入前, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">觸探架安放平穩, "Times New Roman"">保持觸探孔垂直。
2、貫入時,使穿心錘自由下落距為76 cm, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">并及時記錄貫入深度并記錄每貫入10 cm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">的實測擊數N "Times New Roman"">。
3、當觸探桿長度L>2 m時錘擊數按下式進行校正:

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">在承載板檢測地基承載力的實驗點附近,我們采用重型動力觸探儀對地基承載力進行了檢測,通過對數據分析,得到每進尺10 cm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">與錘擊數的關系圖1 "Times New Roman"">, 每進尺10 cm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">與錘擊數的關系根據承載板法測試的中粗砂地基承載力, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">并與重型觸探儀實際測試結果進行比較,按錘擊16 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">次進尺60 cm "Times New Roman"">時,地基承載力為0.3 MPa "Times New Roman"">,此時每10 cm "Times New Roman"">進尺需錘擊4~6 "Times New Roman"">次,公式為:
