mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">全自動砂基透水磚透水速率測試儀通過程序控制模擬小于到暴雨的水流量測試砂基透水磚的透水速率測試或是有相同試驗要求的模擬試驗。滄州中亞試驗儀器有限公司根據國標《JGT 376-2012 砂基透水磚》研發生產。

1、試樣準備好以后，依次在測試儀水池上面放置試樣架，阻水罩，然后用密封膠將阻水罩四周密封，調整好噴頭位置，將液位感應器固定在阻水罩側壁（高度任意設置）。

2、按上述要求做好后，設置“流量加速度”數值，點擊“啟動”設備會按照流量加速度的數值運行，并顯示流量，流速，當阻水罩內的液位到達感應液面后，設備發出蜂鳴聲，并關閉設備運行，此時記錄公式所需的各項數值，自動計算結果并打印。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">最小邊長大于100mm "Times New Roman"">的透水試樣5塊。干燥箱、蒸餾水。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">六、砂基透水磚透水速率測試儀試驗步驟：

1、將試樣放入干燥箱烘干至質量變化不超過0.1% mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">；

2、將烘干的試樣在蒸餾水中浸泡20min mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">后取出；

3、將試樣正面朝上放置在支撐加上，調至水平，打開儀器程序控制系統，根據噴頭位置和檢測采集面積調整好防霧罩和液位采集裝置；

4、記錄防水罩底面積S mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">和液位采集裝置距試樣面積的高度H mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，設定計量泵流量加速度V" "Times New Roman"">；

5、點擊開始，計量泵流量不斷增大，頂噴實現模擬小雨曾大到暴雨的過程，至報警器報警，記錄最終透水率VD mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。
