mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">混凝土抗劈裂夾具是根據國標GB/T50081—2002 "Times New Roman"">《普通混凝土力學性能試驗方法標準》制作而成。混凝土的劈裂抗拉強度實驗采用立方體或圓柱體試件,在試件的中心平面內,作用均勻分布的壓力,使外力作用的豎向平面內產生近似均布的拉應力,該拉應力可以根據彈性理論計算出來。我國采用150×150×150mm的立方體作為標準試件。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">三、混凝土抗劈裂夾具試驗步驟:
1、試件采用邊長為150mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">的立方體標準試件,每組3 "Times New Roman"">個試件。
2、試驗機與試件之間采用鋼制弧形墊條。在鋼制墊條與試件之間應墊以木質三合板墊板,木質三合板墊板的要求:寬15—20mm,厚3—4mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。兩種墊條(板)的長度均應不小于試件的邊長,木質墊板不得重復使用。
3、試驗步驟
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">(1 "Times New Roman"">)檢查試件外觀,并測量尺寸。
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">(2 "Times New Roman"">)在成型時的頂面和底面劃出劈裂面的位置。
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">(3 "Times New Roman"">)安放試件、弧形鋼制墊條及木質墊板。試件的軸心應對準試驗機下壓板的中心,墊條應垂直于試件成型時的頂面。
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">(4 "Times New Roman"">)加載:當試件的抗壓強度低于30Mpa "Times New Roman"">時,加載速度取0.02—0.05MPa/s, "Times New Roman"">當試件的抗壓強度等于或高于30MPa "Times New Roman"">時,應取0.05—0.08MPa/s "Times New Roman"">。當試件臨近破壞、變形迅速增長時,應停止調整試驗機油門,直至試件破壞。記錄最大荷載,精確至0.01MPa。
