TM-3彈性模量測定儀符合G B11971-89〈加氣砼力學性能試驗方法〉、 GB81-85〈普通砼力學性能試驗方法〉、JGJ053-94〈公路工程水泥砼試驗規程〉、ASTMC-469。主要用于測量砼試塊的彈性模量。本儀器簡單、輕巧、便于試驗中使用。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">本測定儀由上環、下環、接觸桿、千分表和緊定螺釘組成,(參見附圖)
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">試驗開始前,將彈性模量測定儀放置于平整的平面上,旋出試塊緊定螺釘,裝上千分表,送開固定板緊定螺釘,取下固定板,則測定儀已在試塊上定位。將測定儀連同試塊置于壓力試驗機的下壓板上,試塊中心與壓力機下壓板中心對準,千分表調零。開動壓力機,當上壓板與試件接近時,調整球座,使接觸均衡,以0.2-0.3mpa/s的速度連續而均勻地加載到Pa mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">(即試件預期破壞荷載值的40% "Times New Roman"">),然后以同樣速度卸荷至零,如此反復預壓3 "Times New Roman"">次。在預壓時,觀察壓力機及千分表是否正常。試件兩側千分表變形之差,不得大于變形平均值的15% mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">,更不能正負異向,當采用100mm "Times New Roman"">×100mm截面的試件時,其兩側變形之差,不得大于變形平均值的20% mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">,否則用硬木輕敲球座調整,或調整試件位置。用上述速度進行第四次加荷,先至初載荷, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">先至初載荷PO "Times New Roman"">(約為0.5MPA "Times New Roman"">),保持30S "Times New Roman"">,分別讀兩側千分表△O "Times New Roman"">,然后加荷至PA "Times New Roman"">,保持約30秒,分別讀兩側千分表△A mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">,分別計算兩側變形增值△A- "Times New Roman"">△O,并計算出平均值,設為△4 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">;讀取△A "Times New Roman"">后即以同樣速度卸荷至PO "Times New Roman"">,保持約30秒,分別讀兩側千分表讀數△00 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">,同上步驟,進行第五次加荷,求出△50 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">△5 "Times New Roman"">與△4之差應不大于0.0002 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">(L=150mm), "Times New Roman"">否則,應中伏上述步驟,直至兩次相鄰加荷變形值之差符合要求,以最后一次變形值△0 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">為準。然后卸去千分表,以同樣速度繼續加荷至試件破壞,記下循環軸心抗壓強度Ra mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。
