醛樹脂HS-A81醛樹脂HS-A81為無色透明至微黃耐黃變脂肪醛硬樹脂,又稱萬能樹脂。外觀分為經過造粒工藝的細小有規則半圓型和沒有經過造粒工藝的不規則細小顆粒型,作為特種硬樹脂適用于溶劑型涂料和油墨、無溶劑型涂料、粉末涂料、樹脂改性等其他體系中。醛樹脂可以明顯改善漆膜的耐黃變性、縮短干燥時間、提高漆膜的硬度、豐滿度和光澤,增加固含量,由于醛樹脂的低粘度特性,同時降低了造漆行業有機溶劑的使用量,減少了大氣中VOC排放造成的環境污染。醛樹脂對金屬顏料以及其他顏料具有優良的潤濕分散性,同時溶于大多數有機溶劑,所以非常適合油溶性作料。特別是通用色槳成本可降低40%以上,其中低檔溶劑的適應方面遠遠優于國外同類產品。醛樹脂還可用于粉末涂料和氯化橡膠涂料等的改性。總之,產品性能已達到甚至超過國外同類產品,是油漆涂料、油墨等行業使用非常廣泛的一種特種樹脂。外觀為無色透明至微黃色細小有規則半圓狀和細小不規則顆粒狀。
醛樹脂溶于涂料用大多數溶劑,如醇類、酉旨類、酮類、醚類、芳烴溶劑、脂肪烴溶劑等,而國外同類產品不溶于脂肪烴溶劑,只能用此溶劑進行有限稀釋。醛樹脂不溶于水。
應用涂料 用于制造汽車修補漆,可提高光澤,增加硬度,縮短干燥時間,添加量為2%--5%。 用于制造醇酸樹脂,可降低醇酸樹脂的粘度,增加硬度,增加光澤,改善干燥性。在合成最后階段加入A--81醛樹脂5%--10%(按醇酸樹脂的固含量算)。 作為醇酸氨基烤漆的改性樹脂,可提高硬度、豐滿度。可根據質量要求取代不超過20%醇酸樹脂。 作為硝基涂料的改性樹脂,提高抗紫外線的性能、減少黃變、提高固含量、提高光澤、提高涂料對苯類溶劑的容忍度。用法:一般可取代約20%--30%的硝基纖維。 作為醇酸/氯化樹脂涂料的改性樹脂,增進氯化樹脂(特別是氯醚和氯化橡膠)與醇酸樹脂的相容性、提高涂料的固含量。用法:可以取代醇酸/氯化樹脂涂料中的醇酸部分,用量不超過總樹脂含量的10%。 配制熱熔馬路漆(于石油樹脂為基料的熱熔馬路漆相比)在底材的附著力較好、在白色品種,鈦白用量可少些、耐候性較好。用法:1、可單獨使用醛樹脂、SA-101為基料;2、可與石油樹脂并用。 用于粉末涂料,改善流平性、增強對底材的附著力。用法:1、在環氧粉末涂料中,用醛樹脂取代5%--15%具反應的樹脂;2、在環氧/聚醋粉末涂料中,用SA-101取代5%--15%具反應的樹脂。 由于顏色很淺和有輛的顏料潤濕性,HS-A81特別適宜制備通用型顏料色漿,而且其溶液粘度很低,因而可制得高顏料含量的色漿。 應用油墨 復合油墨、紙凹印油墨、塑料凹印油墨、燙金油墨、防偽油墨、凹版油墨、水松紙油墨等。 應用色漿 醛樹脂具有幾乎是萬能的溶解過程和相溶性,并且有極佳的顏料濕潤性。由于這個原因使醛樹脂非常適合作為顏料色漿的載體樹脂。與適當的分散劑配合使用可使色漿具備非常高的著色強度并減少儲存過程中的損失,減少原料和色漿種品的庫存和處理。提高市場涂料顏料變化的應變能力,在最短的時間將涂料成品投入市場,比國外同類產品成本可降低30%以上。(通用色漿醛樹脂的載有量根據不同要求可做成含量為30%--60%的液體)。 包裝 不規則片狀或粒狀,紙塑復合袋包裝,每袋凈重25公斤。儲運 在避光防潮及室溫條件下儲運。保質期 自生產日期起二年。FormaldehydeResinHS-A81 HS-A81formaldehyderesin(alsoknownaspolyacetal)productisacolorlessandtransparenttoLunatiaanti-yellowingali-phaticaldehydeshardresin,alsoknownasapanacearesin.Theappearanceisdividedintogranulationsmallsemi-circularrulesandnon-granulationirregularsmallparticles,beusedinsolvent-basedcoatingsandinks,solvent-freecoatings,wa-terbornecoatings,powdercoatings,resinsmodified,andothersystemsasaspecialhardresin.HS-A81canbeamarkedimprovementoftheanti-yellowingcoatingvariability,toshortenthedryingtime,increasethefilmhardness,fullnessandshinetoincreasethesolidcontent.Becauselow-viscositycharacteristicsofHS-A81thatcanreducetheorganicsolventpaintindustryusageandatmosphericpollutioncausedbyVOCemissions.HS-A81haveaexcellentdispersioninthemetalpigmentandotherpigmentwetting,whilesolubleinmostorganicsolvents,sotheyarefitforoil-solublecondiments.Inparticular,theycanreducethecostofcolorpaddlemorethan40%,andmiddle-lowsolventadaptationmuchbetterthanthoseofsimilarproductsabroad.HS-A81canalsobeusedforpowdercoatingsandpaints,suchaschlorinatedrubbermodified.Ingeneral,theproductperformancehasreachedevenmorethansimilarforeignproducts,iswidelyusedincoatingofpaint,inkandotherindustriesasaspecialresin.
