下肢深靜脈血栓形成(DVT)是指血液在深靜脈系統內不正常的凝結,是一種常見病和多發病,致殘率高并有一定的死亡率.下肢深靜脈血栓形成(DVT)與肺栓塞(pulmonaryembolism,PE)直接關聯,肺栓塞的栓子約90%來源于下肢深靜脈血栓DVT形成隱匿,常常在血栓脫落后隨血流堵塞肺動脈.因此積極預防和治療DVT是預防肺栓塞的關鍵.在預防DVT發生的研究中,雖然應用抗凝藥物明顯降低了DVT的發生率,但采用藥物以外的方法來預防DVT的發生越來越受到重視.ICU患者具有高齡、臥床時間長、凝血功能異常、多臟器功能衰竭等多種危險因素,因此預防DVT的發生尤為重要.已有研究證明,美國泰科Kendall SCD? 抗血栓壓力泵可有效預防危重患者DVT的發生。
