旋蓋系統采用三對磨擦輪進行搓式旋蓋，其優點是不易損傷瓶蓋表面，旋蓋松緊隨意調節，旋蓋不到位或斜蓋可自動檢測并剔除，保證了旋蓋質量。設備對各種規格瓶子適應性強，調換瓶子瓶蓋規格簡單方便，只需調節手輪及旋紐既可達到所需的理想效果，拼棄了更換另部件所帶來的種種不利因素，節約了工時，提高了工作效率。本機理蓋系統采用自動提升上料的氣動理蓋方式，噪音低，是對電磁振蕩理蓋的一種顛覆，避免了由于電磁振蕩所產生的噪音污染，并降低了設備的電能耗。控制系統采用可編程控制器（PLC）控制，變頻調速，缺瓶堵瓶光電控制設備的運行狀態。設備附有自動提升理蓋裝置其理蓋料倉容積大，減少了加蓋次數，減輕了勞動強度，運行穩定可靠。一般操作工人都能熟練掌握。產品符合GMP規范要求。

It Adopts friction screwing cap that eligible race is high and doesn’t destroy the bottle surface. Change of size is easy. It has the automatic inspecting function of finding and injecting caps that isn’t screw well or skew. It also has lifting and arranging cap device that making work steady. Big cubage of arranging cap hopper reduces work intension of the operator. Its control system adopts international brand programmable controller (PLC) that can frequency conversion timing.
